·PARTIAL SWINGS – Practice ¼, ½ ¾ and full swing
·SPEED SWINGS – Practice the above at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.
The following will build control and awareness. If you’re like most, you’re a bit out of control. Meaning, you’re a bit too fast.
