  1. Order Acceptance

    1. By placing an order with Bob Burns Golf (“Seller”), Buyer agrees to the Seller’s Terms and Conditions only.

    2. Any other terms and conditions will be considered void.

    3. The Terms and Conditions below will supersede any previous terms and conditions.

    4. International orders are only accepted via phone and require a faxed copy of a driver’s license and credit card. Other considerations may be made, including a Paypal invoice which requests an agreed-upon amount in U.S. dollars, to be paid to Bob Burns Golf.

  2. Prices

    1. All orders are accepted based on the prices and terms listed at the time of shipment.  Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.  Prices are not negotiable.  Buyer must pay for shipping. Prices on used, refurbished and demo clubs may vary, depending on the condition, shaft type, and model of clubs.

    2. Seller reserves the right to change specifications, modify product designs, withdraw products or limit order quantities without prior notice.

    3. Seller is not responsible for any shipping changes incurred by the buyer for product returns, repairs, trade-ins or exchanges.

  3. Payment Types/Terms

    Seller accepts several methods of payment:

    1. Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards.

    2. Paypal and Google checkout are available for online payments only

    3. Payment can be made by personal check or money order in US dollar funds. For personal checks, please allow an additional 12 days to process checks. Seller is not responsible for checks lost in the mail. Sorry, Seller does not accept C.O.D. orders.

  4. Freight

    All shipments are shipped from our Appleton, Wisconsin facility.  Unless otherwise requested, all shipments are delivered via UPS or FedEx Ground Service.  Freight is charged at courier’s approximated costs, i.e., the final total of an order cannot be determined until contact information has been entered into web transactions.  Buyer is responsible for all freight charges. Unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a $15.00 handling charge plus freight and COD charges, due upon receipt of invoice. 

  5. Tracking Your Shipment

    If you placed your order online, you may log into your account to check for updates or a tracking number. If you place an order via phone, you should receive an email within 24 hours of the ship date. Otherwise, you may send us an email requesting your tracking number we will respond at our soonest convenience.

  6. Warranty

    1. All goods are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to be free of manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship, under normal usage of play. Warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original order.  Warranty must be verified by date of purchase with receipt, and covers only defective merchandise, subject to Seller’s inspection.  During this warranty period, Seller will repair or replace at his sole discretion.

    2. Damaged Products: upon arrival of damaged product, product specialists will examine the product to determine product failure.  If Bob Burns Golf deems that the breakage happened during normal usage of play, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the Buyer at no additional charge.  If the product is judged to have been damaged through abuse or misuse not during regular play, the buyer will be contacted, and provided alternative options and pricing.

    3. Seller’s responsibility is limited within the first 30 days from original date of purchase only to the price paid for the product, not including shipping.  In no event shall Seller be liable for any incident, consequential, or special damage of any kind or nature whatsoever including, but not limited to, lost profits or additional cost to disassemble clubs, alterations, and re-gripping.

    4. Claims due to improper repair or alteration procedures, or product abuse are not covered by this warranty.  Any attempt to modify or alter Seller’s product (e.g. by bending hosel, re-shafting, etc.) shall void this warranty.

    5. Acts of God are not covered.

    6. Seller disclaims any warranty regarding merchantability, performance or fitness for purpose.

  7. Our Guarantee

    At, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. It is our goal to make purchasing golf products at completely risk-free. Your purchase is covered by our full 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

    We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. This 30-day period starts when you place your order. If within this 30-day period, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for a Return Authorization. Shipments will not be accepted at our facility without a Return Authorization.

    We realize you need to test your golf equipment in order to determine if it works for you, therefore our guarantee is a Playability Guarantee. Try your new golf product for 30 days and if it does not meet your expectations, simply contact us for a Return Authorization. We understand the product will be used and may show some wear, but we reserve the right to refuse a return that has been abused, damaged, or significantly altered.

    We also offer a 90-Day Exchange Policy. If within this 90-day period, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it for something else, simply contact us for a Return Authorization.

    All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product minus the shipping. All returns or exchanges shipped back to Bob Burns Golf must be paid by the original purchaser. Bob Burns Golf does not pay for return shipping.

  8. Return Authorization

    1. No returns shall be accepted without a Return Authorization label (pasted on the outside of the box) and a valid cause with Seller’s prior written authorization. All return shipments must be accompanied by the original invoice. Due to the large volume of incoming and outgoing mail, the package or box must clearly have visible the buyer’s name and address; otherwise, all packages and boxed will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.

    2. All returns must be shipped Freight Prepaid. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted.

    3. Buyer may return the merchandise to Seller within 30 days of original purchase date for refund of product minus shipping. All refunds are subject to return authorization and date of receipt. Please allow up to 30 days for refund to be issued from date of receipt.

  9. Back Orders

    Customers will be notified at the time of order if an item is on back order. Back order items will be shown on the invoice.  All back orders will be shipped as soon as possible, unless canceled by Buyer prior to shipment.  Freight for back orders will be charged.

  10. Custom Fitting Options

    At Bob Burns Golf, we offer hundreds of custom club fitting options. In many instances, there are more fitting options available than what are listed on our website. Many basic options such as shaft length, grip type, grip size, lie angle, and loft are available with custom orders at no additional charge. Custom- fitting options such as shaft upgrades and grip types are available but may cost more. If you are interested in a shaft, grip or service you don’t see on the website, please let us know and most likely we can provide you with that product.
