Launch Monitor Fitting. The most important part of our job here at Bob Burns Golf is making sure that people get their clubs correctly fitted to them; and one of the best ways to do that is with our Launch Monitor. The Launch Monitor lets us see things about a persons swing that are invisible to the naked eye such as ball rotation. Here we see fitting someone on the Launch Monitor. |

Putter Fitting. Having a putter that is the correct length, lie, and weight for your swing can make a huge difference in how many putts you sink in a round. Re-Shafting. We at Bob Burns Golf in an effort to provide a superior quality of golf club use a sophisticated method of shafting a club that involves reaming, countersinking, and shaft spine alignment that we feel helps to prevent a large majority of club failures. Re-Gripping. We at Bob Burns Golf take extreme care to carefully remove the grips to avoid nicks and scratches that would compromise the integrity of the shaft along with removing all excess tape buildup to prevent an unwanted increase in overall grip size. Re-Furbishing Here at Bob Burns Golf we have carry a wide variety of refurbishing wheeles for iron restoration. Here you can see the restoration in progress of a 5 iron. |

Re-Finishing The final process in finishing a Wood restoration is a spin on the Vonnagut Sander which removes any marks or scratches left from the other sanders. Here you can see a 3 wood being finished. |

Re-Chroming The final steps before we can chrome an iron head is first being circulated in the Vibratory Tumbler and then a bright mirror-like polish with soft cotton wheels and a fine rouge. Here you can see two sets of irons being added into the Vibratory Tumbler which contains either green plastic cones or white ceramic cones. The Tumbler can also be used to produce a galvanized look on stainless steel head. |

Re-Grooving. Sometimes occuring during iron restoration, we find that the grooves in the face of the iron head have become worn down. Seen here is the special tool we use in our repair center that has a tough carbide tip and can put the grooves back into the steel head. |

Custom Grinding. Sometimes customers want us to add bounce, round off the toe, reduce the top line, or simply remove a bad gouge in the club. In these cases our belt grinder is invaluable with its 12 inch soft rubber wheel and a 2x134 inch 80 grit silica belt. |

Extensions. It is often quite common for customers to come in with ill fitted clubs that a re usually to short. In these cases most find it economical to simply extend their clubs to the correct length that buying a whole new set. We extend clubs by securing a sleeve into the existing shaft, matching their diameters, and then replacing the grip. |

Lie and Loft Adjustments. Bob takes special care to do all of the Lie and Loft adjustments personally to guaranty that they are done to meet his high standards of quality. Bob can be seen here adjusting the lie and loft of a sandwedge. |
